What is the charging policy?
Stills photography, including drone stills and panorama building, is charged at an hourly rate and is inclusive of all conventional post production to publishing standard. Image manipulation is additional and charged at an hourly rate. Video timelapse capture is charged at an onsite and placement hourly charge with an additional post production rate. Ask about our simple and easy to budget for costing.
How do I get my media?
All media is delivered by our Google cloud drive in all of the formats you have ordered. From there clients can download their images or we can help with ongoing collaboration and distribution at the point of delivery. If you would like to store your media (including all other media you may hold) in our cloud drive - opt for our curation service. In our curation service you'll have 24/7 access to all media, maintain a digital backup of your assets and use our distribution and collaboration service for a whole year. Media curation is renewable annulaly.
Are there any restrictions on using my media?
The only restrictions to your licence to use commissioned media are: no resale is allowed without permission and no representation as the work of another. Otherwise your licence will cover all territories and all media in perpetuity.
